What the app does

Organizations and contacts

Profiles of the universities, companies, foundations, and public institutions Iberotech partners with, and the people we work with there, with their full relationship history.

Projects and pipeline

Track partnership opportunities and programs from first conversation to signed agreement, by program, owner, and stage.

Agenda and daily briefing

A daily view of upcoming meetings, pending follow-ups, and priorities, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Meeting notes

Summaries of partner meetings with decisions and action items, linked to the right organization and project.

How Iberotech CRM uses Google data

Team members can choose to connect their Google account so the CRM stays up to date without manual data entry. When connected, the app:

Gmail (read only)

Recent emails with partners are matched to their contact and organization and added to the relationship timeline.

Google Calendar (read only)

Recent and upcoming meetings appear in the Agenda and are linked to the people attending.

Google Meet (read only)

Transcripts of recent meetings are turned into meeting notes with action items.

The app only reads this data. It does not send email, change your labels, edit your calendar, or open your Google Drive files. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings or from your Google Account. Google data is never sold or used for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

Iberotech CRM is for Iberotech team members only. Access is by invitation from an administrator; there is no public sign-up. Questions: rodrigo.sepsaga@iberotech.org.
